نشأت المحاسبة القضائية لأسباب اقتصادية كالانتكاسات المالية التي حصلت للوحدات الاقتصادية بسبب إصدار بيانات مالية مضللة ، وما تَبِع ذلك من أسباب قانونية كالمساءلة القانونية التي تعرض لها مراقبي الحسابات أمام القضاء ، فكان لزاماً من وجود طرف مختص يجمع بين المجالات الرقابية والتحقيقية يساعد القضاء في البت بالدعاوى المالية المعروضة أمامه ، وعليه ينظر البحث في مشكلة مفادها ، هل يساعد أسلوب التدقيق التشريعي وهو أحد أساليب المحاسبة القضائية في قياس مدى قدرة الوحدات الخدمية على تحقيق أهدافها ، من خلال فح…
