الملخص
This study has dealt with the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court in holding accountable the perpetrators of the Speicher crime, and it has been shown that this crime can be classified among the crimes of genocide that the International Criminal Court has jurisdiction over, as ISIS gangs killed (1,700) members of the Iraqi army who were Shiite with the aim of eliminating members of this sect because of the Takfiri ideology that these gangs carry.
