الملخص
A critical review of Miklós Murányi’s edition of Kitāb al-Muḥārabah from the Muwaṭṭaʾ of Ibn Wahb (d. 197 AH/813 CE). Ibn Wahb was one of the foremost disciples of Imām Mālik b. Anas (d. 179 AH/795 CE), making his works among the earliest and most authoritative sources of Mālikī jurisprudence. The article critically evaluates Murányi’s edition, assessing its editorial methodology and its contribution to the study of early Mālikī legal literature.
